Rated 5 out of 5 by from There's both light and dark inside us! This set is a must-buy for any fan of Sirius Black. It is a beautiful display piece with a ton of play features inside. There's details from corner to corner making good use of the interior space. Some rooms have limited standing space for figures but that's to make space for the main play feature, which slides unit 12 in an out of units 11 and 13. You can recreate so many Harry Potter scenes with this set alone! I think it's a proper tribute to the Black family's home.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yet another incredible Harry Potter build!!! As an avid Harry Potter fan who has made it his sole mission to collect every lego Harry Potter set I can guarantee this is one of the best sets they have released in recent memory!!! The minifigs in particular are awesome! (Especially the one of Sirius black)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wickedly Fun! This set is a winner! It is so incredibly clever. A+ to the developers. The only thing that it needs is Madeye Moody and Mundungus. Hopefully that extra set is in the works.I usually let my 12 year old grandson build most of the sets first but I wanted to do this one. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Spot on! Grimmauld Place is one of my favorite places in the Harry Potter world. When I saw they had made a set, I jumped on it! This set was so fun to make, I wish it was just a bit bigger and had Arthur, Snape and Mad-Eye Moddy included. Otherwise, it was wonderful!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Location I don’t know why people are giving this set grief, it has excellent design. i love how it can disappear into the other houses. i am a little disappointed that the floors and triangles instead of squares, but I understand it is necessary for the whole effect.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing set This was the first Harry Potter lego set I purchased and I absolutely loved the set. All the mini-figures are awesome, especially Nymphadora Tonks. Since she is Metamorphmagus, they added a pig face and red hair for the details. I also loved the Black family tree. I just wish the price was cheaper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ingenious! I am an avid LEGO Harry Potter collector, and I was excited to see an iconic build inspired by the Order of the Phoenix. Upon browsing this set, I noticed several lackluster reviews, which is why I am writing my first review today. Other reviews have cited difficulties or design flaws in the transformation of buildings 11 and 13 to “stretch” and accommodate building 12…but that’s just not accurate. The mechanisms and design are FLAWLESS! (After assembling buildings 11 and 13, I noticed a gap…but upon closer examination, I realized I had installed a piece upside down. And perhaps that’s one of the most amazing things about LEGO: If it’s not working flawlessly, you can retrace your steps, problem solve, and correct the build.) The minifigures and accessories DO need to be artfully placed in order to accommodate the gliding mechanisms, but patience and creativity solve that challenge. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable LEGO Harry Potter sets I’ve built, and the 9 minifigures also add to its overall value.
